Rick Elson joined the real estate industry as an assistant to John Creamer to learn the real estate business. Rick has been a licensed REALTOR since 1996. Rick is a life long resident of the Meridian Kessler/Broad Ripple area and specializes in the sale of homes on the north side of Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers and Zionsville.  Rick is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and has helped Creamer-Elson REALTORS receive the Quality Service Award from Century 21 National.  This award is one of Century 21’s most prestigious awards. Rick was one of the youngest graduates of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership in 1999, and has taken on several leadership positions including training new agents and was elected to the board of directors of the Indiana Association of REALTORS. Rick is also a graduate of the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (G.R.I.) class of 2005, Indiana University, Bloomington.  Rick has also been active in Real Estate investing.  He has formed several partnership that own and manage several north side homes.

 

John T. Creamer received his real estate license in 1986, and become a full time REALTOR at that time.  John has been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club for over 20 years.  John is also a past- president of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR). He was recently elected to represent Central Indiana as Vice-President of the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR); he serves as one of five members representing Central Indiana.

 

John has been with the CENTURY 21 System since 1988.  He worked for CENTURY 21 Scheetz from 1988-1992, learning in depth the Carmel community and saw many new neighborhoods develop. John then joined CENTURY 21 Realty Group in 1993 and specialized in relocation until he was named Vice-President of Business Development for CENTURY 21 At The Crossing in 1994. In 2007 Century 21 Scheetz and Century 21 At the Crossing merged doing business as Century 21 Scheetz. 

 

John has also been active in real estate investment.  He purchased his first Meridian Kessler double in 1987, and formed Creamer-Elson Management in 1999 to better assist those interested in making an investment in real estate.  John became active in the Meridian Kessler Neighborhood Association in 1993, and in 2001, John was appointed to the Meridian Kessler Board of Directors where he serves as the chairman of the Housing Opportunities Committee.  He feels his involvement in the neighborhood association gives him a better understanding of the neighborhood issues, and knowledge of the market.

 

John and his wife, Molly have two daughters, Caroline and Annemarie, and are members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish.

 

 

 

Eileen O’Brien joined the Creamer-Elson Realtors during the summer of 2004.  Eileen is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a degree in finance and accounting.  She spent many years in the banking industry with Indiana National Bank (aka: INB, NBD, ETC), where she worked as a trust officer and  in internal auditing.  Eileen and her five children are active members of Saint Luke’s Catholic Church, Bishop Chatard High School, and North Central High School. 

Eileen grew up in the Town of Meridian Hills, where she currently lives.  She also spent many years in Carmel, IN.   She has a great understanding of Indianapolis' Northside and Hamilton County.  She brings great financial knowledge to the team, and has been very successful in helping families relocate to Indianapolis.  She is a great addition to Creamer-Elson Realtors.
